*today I want to talk about the King James Bible and why we are KJV only
*did you know that entire verses are missing in modern versions
*for example, in Acts 8: is the conversion of an Ethiopian unic that Philip is preaching to. The unic believes the gospel and in verse 36 it says: read 36-38
*But in the NIV verse 37 about believing that Jesus Christ is the Son of God is taken out, so heres what the Non-Inspired-Version says: 36 As they traveled along the road, they came to some water and the eunuch said, “Look, here is water. What can stand in the way of my being baptized?” [37] [a] 38 And he gave orders to stop the chariot. Then both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water and Philip baptized him.
*so according to the NIV you don’t even have to believe in Jesus to be baptized, so in the NIV all the unic actually did was take a bath
*the doctrine of the Trinity is also under attack by these corrupt modern versions
*the clearest verse that talks about the Trinity is 1John 5:7; listen to it in the King James: read 5:7:
*now listen to it in the non-inspired-version: 7 For there are three that testify
*so it doesn’t even say that they are 1, they completely take out the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost
*also look at Isaiah 14:12: read 14:12, that’s the only place in the Bible that gives us the devils name which is Lucifer. The NIV takes out the name Lucifer and changes it to a title of Jesus, How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!
*Revelation 22:16 says Jesus is the Bright and Morning Star, even the NIV says that he’s the Morning Star in the NIV Rev 22: 16 says: 16 “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you[a] this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.”
*so the non-inspired-version is saying that Jesus fell from heaven instead of Lucifer
*The modern versions even mess up the most famous verse in the Bible, John 3:16.John 3:16 calls Jesus the only begotten son but the NIV changes it to the one and only son
*now why is that a big deal?
*well, it’s saying Jesus isn’t God, that he’s only His son
*because God can only beget God
*The One and Only is a New Age title for the Universal god
*there are still many more examples, like the the mark of the beast where the NIV says it’s on the hand or forehead but the KJV says it’s in the hand or forehead, Micah 5:2 attacks Jesus’ eternity where the KJV says that Jesus is from everlasting, but the NIV says that he is from ancient times, or where NIV attacks the virgin birth, by changing firstborn son to a son
*when Satan changes the Bible he makes suttle changes
*and the more you look into the corruptions of the modern versions it gets worse and worse and worse
*there are 31,102 verses in the Bible. The modern versions remove about 4000 words, add 2000, change 2000 and mess up the order of about 3500. Overall, about 10,000 words have been changed from the original Greek.
*and some of the verses even disagree with each other, and that’s how people find contradictions in the Bible even though the modern versions aren’t the Bible and you won’t find any errors in the tried and true KJV
*Most people say that modern versions are easier to read, but actually they make the words much more complicated and harder to understand.
*For example, the modern versions don’t even translate the word Hades into English.
*If you ask someone what Hell is, of course they would know.
*But if you ask them what Hades is they wouldn’t have any idea what you are talking about.
*They might think you are talking about a Greek god
*They are also harder to memorize because they take out: the rhythm, the poetry, and the alliteration
*alliteration is words that begin with similar sound
*an example of alliteration is Psalms 107:21
Read 107:21
*so you see wonderful works, that’s alliteration
*but in the NIV it changes wonderful works to wonderful deeds which takes out the alliteration
*God’s word loses its majesty and sounds like any other book
*at my old Christian school we used the NIV and I would always get bad grades in Bible memorization
*and now that I use the KJV, I’m memorizing hole chapters.
*Tell story about cami
*all of the Bible versions from the King James and before agree with each other
*The only difference between those versions was spelling and some of the wording but all of them said the same thing
*Mark 13:31 says
*read 13:31
*what this is saying is that we will always have a version of the Bible that is perfect, because it says my words shall not pass away
*so how did these differences between the KJV and the modern versions come about. It’s kind of a long story, so I’m going to tell you the short version:
*the original Bible manuscripts written by the apostle and prophets are called autographs
*you know how some people when they meet someone famous they want their autograph, well I don’t do that… I only worship Jesus
*they are called autographs because they were the originals
*well in those days they didn’t have a printing press or computers
*so they had to make copies by hand and distribute them to all of the other churches
*and these copies were preserved by God
*and were later gathered together and compiled into a single text called the textus receptus by a man named, Erasmus
*I know this sounds a bit technical but basically, the copies that Erasmus used were called the majority text, because the majority of the copies all agreed with each other
* they had 1000s of copies that agreed with each other from all different areas
*this is what the King James Bible translators used to translate the Bible
*they base their translation on the majority text.
*they also had ever English Bible that came before, such as: the Wycliffe Bible, the Bishop’s Bible, and the Geneva Bible
*every English Bible that came before the King James used the majority text
*so like I said before: every English Bible from the very first all the way up to the King James agreed with each other, because they used the same source documents
*the King James translators were the most intelligent Greek and Hebrew scholars of their time in the entire world, at a time in History were learning was highly valued
*and that’s how God preserved his word
*but then suddenly, in the late 1800s around 1880 new manuscripts were discovered in secret Vatican vaults, called the Vaticanas B, which disagreed with the majority text
*together with another recently found document called sianaticus aleph, two men named Westcott and Hort, who by the way liked to speak to the dead through necromancy, came up with a new corrupt Greek text, which the modern versions now use instead of the majority text
*so it’s not just a matter of modernizing the words, they actually have a different foundation
*and this is Satan’s way of changing God’s word over time
*there are hundreds of new translations now, and they just keep gtting worse and worse
*and if you think the new king james is just as good as the King James, then check this out

*In conclusion I would like to tell you my favorite nicknames for the modern versions:
The NIV is the Non-Inspired-Version or the Nearly Inspired Version
For ESV it’s the Easy Satanic Version
The ASV is the American Stupid Version
NASB is Not a Standard Bible
The NKJV is the not King James Version
The abbreviation for The Message is MSG which is a very dangerous food additive
NLT is the Non-Living Translation
*if you have any more nicknames for the modern versions, tell me or write it in the comments below.
