Transgenderism in Light of the Bible

The first time that the word “male” and “female” appears in the Bible, is Genesis 1:27.

Let’s just open to the very beginning of the Bible, to the first chapter, to lay an important foundation for this sermon. And answer the question of how God feels about transgenderism.

There’s a lot of talk today about how it’s not biology anymore that determines gender, but how one feels about themselves and how THEY view their gender.

You’ll hear the transgendered crowd say that they feel “trapped” in a body that doesn’t match their gender. It’s not how they “feel” inside.

That’s because they’re demon possessed.

There are demons inside of them who are neither male nor female.

Genesis 1:27: So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

This is God’s perfect order of creation.
Anything outside of that is a perversion of God’s Natural Order.

• God made Adam first. Then he made Eve out of Adam.

Genesis 1:28: The primary purpose of male & female is pro-creation. We are to be fruitful and multiply.

It’s also, as we see from the Genesis account, for the purpose of Godly companionship & the Family.

Turn to Genesis 2:18-24
Yet Satan wants to distort the Natural Order:
he does it through abortion, he does it through birth control, he does it by tricking families into believing that they can’t afford children.
He does it by persuading women to leave their family and work outside of the home … he does by promoting the sodomite agenda …
he does it by artificially turning men into women and women into men and blurring the lines between male & female, between man and woman, and husband and wife.

You can’t become one flesh with another man.
God took the rib out of man to create woman.
He didn’t take Adam’s rib and make another man.

And only through the union of a man and woman can you make another man, whether this is eventually accomplished through a laboratory or through the natural processes, a male sperm and a female egg will always be requisite to the creation of mankind.

Woman was taken out of man, woman returns and unites to man through marriage.
And the man becomes head and natural leader over the woman, because she was formed out of the man.

That’s why Paul says in 1 Timothy 2:
11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

Not talking about spiritual salvation, but True fulfillment through keeping house & child-bearing.

It’s not a woman’s job to be a leader of the church or of the man, but to raise Godly children and be a helpmeet for the husband.

1 Timothy 5:14: “I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.”

2 Titus 2:3-5:
3 The aged women likewise, that [they be] in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
5 [To be] discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

So two men cannot cleave to one another, it’s not natural, it’s not within God’s natural order of creation, it’s filthy, it’s wrong.

Jesus in Matthew 19:4:
4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made [them] at the beginning made them male and female.”
And so women need to dress like women and men need to dress & behave like men.

1 Corinthians 11:3-15

But today, women are looking less like women in their clothing, and men are becoming neutral in their clothing. Both are blending together.

Women wear pants everywhere in public.
And there was a time in America and around the world when that was not acceptable.

And our generation of men have fallen into the trap of not only making themselves less masculine, but our generation never learned how to grow up.

The men are still dressing the way they did in high school.
There’s nothing wrong with men getting dressed up and putting on a suit and looking like a man. It’s masculine clothing, it’s adult clothing.

And for women to put on a nice modest dress, that covers the thighs … and closing up the cleavage and looking like Little House on the Prairie.

It’s much more attractive to a man to see a Godly woman who fears the Lord.

And revealing the thighs is nakedness. So women are going around naked, and they don’t even know it.

Exodus 28:42: “And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach”

The bible is clear that if you’re showing your thighs, you’re showing your nakedness.

Did you know that the fashion designer who popularized pants for women was a known sodomite, a homosexual, known as Yves Saint Laurent.

In 1966, he came out with the first women’s tuxedo suit and promoted women wearing pants.

In the 60s, it was still controversial for women to wear trousers or pants in public.

It was seen as taboo.

But this known sodomite, made it popular and feminist progressivism pushed it forward.

But the Bible says in Deut 22:5:
The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

OK, it’s an ABOMINATION!

What is “abomination”? Some people think it just means sin or something wicked, but that’s not what abomination means. It’s much worse.

Proverbs 15:8: “The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.”

Sacrifice of the WICKED is associated with an abomination.

Something that is abominable to the Lord, is something that He hates with extreme hatred.

The Bible associates abomination with the “Abomination of the Egyptians” in Exodus 8:26.

This was something that was defiled … IDOLTARY is listed as an abomination to God, homosexuality is an abomination to God, transgenderism is an abomination to God …

These are things that the Bible lists as being an abomination.

Malachi 2:11: Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of the LORD which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange god.

Matthew 24:15 the Bible calls the Anti-Christ, the “Abomination of Desolation”.

• So don’t tell me to love these transgendered freakazoids, the Bible says they’re an ABOMINATION to GOD!

It’s like we woke up one day & found ourselves in the Twilight Zone.
I’ve waiting for Rod Serling to come out and start narrating our lives.

Look, when I was a young man growing up, we were taught that it’s a major sin for a man to walk into a woman’s bathroom or dressing room …

It was major taboo – you could get slapped, beat up, or arrested.

But you have these burly men, dressed up like women with caked-on make-up, and it looks like something out of an old Hollywood picture where the man with the thick moustache would dress up like a woman to make a getaway and the audience would be busting up laughing –
but no one’s laughing today ….
they’re all serious … insisting that we call these perverts “she” and address them by female names.

I mean, Ladies … are you OK with this?
Is this what you want?
You’re OK w/ men in women’s dressing rooms?
I don’t get it, how do you not get disgusting by these guys?
How do you have any respect for men that dress like women and try to be women?
Now I understand that people say to call them an “it”, because they’re like neither male nor female, and the Bible calls them vile and dogs, and I agree with that sentiment, but let’s just talk science for a minute.

All the liberal, atheistic humanistic non-religious people of the world have been eating our ears off for decades about SCIENCE … and how great it is … and you can’t prove God, science is their religion … and they’re so puffed up …

Even though Genesis 1 confirmed science from the 1st day of Creation: God SPOKE and there was light! Creation came out of nothing.

There was an explosion of creation at the command of God’s Word.

It took science 6,000 years to figure that out.

The Bible says in Isaiah 40:22: that the earth is round …

… thousands of years before science ever made that discovery:

“It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:”

But now, that it doesn’t suit their political agenda, it’s all about how YOU feel inside, and about YOUR opinion about YOUR own biology.

Since when did my opinion determine DNA and genetics?

1 Timothy 6:
O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith.

So let’s talk science for a minute.
There’s something called chromosomes.
Each human has 2 chromosomes.
There are 2 types of chromosomes in our genetic makeup, in our DNA.
One is an X chromosome and one is a Y chromosome.
Males have the XY chromosome.
Females have the XX chromose.
And no matter WHAT YOU DO you can NEVER change your genetic make-up.
• But the transgendered community defies both science AND God!
• For the first time in our history, neither SCIENCE nor the BIBLE is our anchor.
• We have entered a new age of lawlessness and iniquity, which the Bible predicted would happen.

We are living in the days of Lot and Sodom.
The Bible says that before the return of Jesus Christ.

Luke 17:
26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

Now before that happens, first, there has to be a falling away, and then the anti-Christ has to be revealed.

So don’t think that we’re just all going to be airlifted out of here before things get sour.

We’re gonna see this happen!

Christians are going to be persecuted and beheaded for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

2 Thessalonians 2:
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Matthew 24:29:
Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

And I believe that we are in the start of the falling away.
Just look at the churches around you.
Be honest: how many good churches are left?

2 Peter 3:3: Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts

That describes the condition of both the church and mainstream Christianity.
I’m convinced that Mainstream Christianity has become apostate.

And if you look around you, it’s starting to look a lot like Sodom.

The Bible says in Jeremiah 1:5: “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”

Now these are verses I use when preaching against abortion, but it applies to so-called “gender identity” also.

Psalm 139:13-16:
13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

#1 Verse Transgenders will use, Galatians 3:28: “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.”

1 Corinthians 6:9
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate …

And I’ll tell you right now, we WILL NOT allow a transgendered person into this church.

I don’t care what the government says.

Deuteronomy 23:17-18
17 There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.
18 Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these [are] abomination unto the LORD thy God.
Psalm 101:
3 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
4 A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.

And all of this is eventually going to lead to transhumanism:
“a movement with an eventual goal of fundamentally transforming the human condition by developing and making widely available technologies to greatly enhance human intellectual, physical, and psychological capacities.”

And when it comes to gender, he here is the stated goal of transhumanism: post-genderism which seeks “the elimination of gender in the human species through the application of advances biotechnology and assisted reproductive technologies”.

So they’re saying they’re going to get rid of the sexes, blend male into female, make us a genderless society, and then recreate us through artificial means in a laboratory.

Talk about the ultimate GMO: the human being.

That’s the goal. That’s been Satan’s goal from the start.
Satan wants to destroy everything that God has made good and pervert His creation, and just kill every human being and destroy its form, because mankind was made in God’s image.

But thank God, it’s never going to happen – Satan is going to lose – Jesus Christ will return before Satan completely annihilates mankind …

Let’s end with Romans 1:

24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
